Policies

Rates are in Canadian funds. No H.S.T. or hotel taxes are charged. No hidden costs. There is no cooking in the rooms but you are welcome to use the microwave to heat up foods. No smoking inside; outside ok. No candles please. All rates are subject to change without notice.

Sorry no pets out of consideration to other guests with allergies.

Payment by: Cash (Cdn/US funds) or travelers cheques only - due on arrival. Sorry no credit or debit cards or personal cheques. A deposit of one night stay is required. Cancellation notice is 7 days for a refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 administration fee.

We understand things can change, but a booking for you means we turn away others who wish to reserve or walks-ins. If you have no guarantee on your room, no credit card, then we must hear from you on your arrival day before 2pm or room will be released and resold. We are sorry, but it has become a necessary to implement these changes. Your understanding is appreciated. We look forward meeting you and making your stay with us and enjoyable and memorable one.

Repeat Guests If you come back and stay with us after your first visit, you'll receive a small discount to show our appreciation of your patronage.

A full breakfast with bacon, ham, or sausages, with pancakes, french toast or eggs, with hash browns, toast & seasonal fruit. We vary it so it is different during longer stays.

Healthier/Lighter Choice

Whole wheat bread or croissants, muffins, fruit with yogurt on side or walnuts, raisins or cranberries. Cereal muesli or organic Flax plus, (omega 3's or 6's). Juice, coffee or tea.

Example Vegetarian Options

Veggie bacon or ham, pan fried hash browns; oven roasted potatoes, or new baby potatoes (in season), zucchini shaved & spiced, pan fried with onions, slices of kiwi, orange & grapes (seasonal fruits),
Non dairy style blueberry muffin,
Whole wheat soy toast with jam.

Another option:
Whole wheat style pancakes with veggie bacon or ham style hash browned potatoes, oven roast or new potatoes (in season), choices of pancake syrup or liquid fruit spreads from sunny Okanagan, juice, coffee or tea with soy coffee creamer

For longer stays breakfast is varied so you get a change each morning

We will provide a picnic lunch for your excursions. Choose from egg, tuna, ham or veggie sandwich along with a snack bar, fruit and juice. $15
